THIS REVIEW IS FOR SERVICE TO OUR ELECTRIC GATE. This appointment was the first time we used this company, and their service scheduler and on-site tech were excellent. Our electric gate needed to have two backup batteries replaced, and the tech was sent out the next day. It was pouring rain at the time he arrived, but he waited for a brief break in the storm and replaced them before the next big surge of rain. Job well done! Note: I had to make a choice of services performed, but none of them were for electric gate repair. I had to choose a garage door repair or it wouldn't let me leave this review. Hmmm?

My original garage door was damaged by storm winds and I decided to go for a replacement. Conner arrived within the window of time set by Precision. He assessed the damage and confirmed that the existing door is not repairable, even temporarily. He assisted me in my selection of a new door and upgraded opener. He made numerous calls to confirm availability and lead times. He was courteous and thorough.

We used Precision before when previous owners failed to leave garage door openers. Weak springs were also found. A year later the garage door failed and needed to be replaced. With assistance from Precision our car was able to be moved and a new working door was in place within 5 days. Only downside is cannot connect it to keypad. You can operate through WiFi from phone.

Although bitter cold outside, he removed my non-functional garage door opener and replaced it with a new one, chosen by me after his thorough explanation of the options and benefits of various models. The customer service representative who answered the phone when I called was very nice. She scheduled an appointment for me on the same day. Michael arrived on time and was very knowledgable about his job. He fixed my garage door in a timely manner and was very polite and courteous. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.
