I got a beautiful new garage door with windows and the best lift master opener and 3 remotes and a keypad . Priced right and done right

My recent experience was not very good . I initially had an appointment between the hours of 4-6 only to find out (after calling ) that the person that set my appointment had me scheduled for the next day . And although they managed to fit me in the same day most of my day was gone and ,they technician that they sent seem to be in a hurry to get the appointment finished . So felt very rushed . And he didn’t appear to be very experienced. So needless to say I don’t plan to patronize Precision Doors no time in the near future .

The spring on my garage door broke trapping my car in the garage. I called Precision and they had someone out that afternoon. Patrick called to let me know when he was on his way and he arrived when he stated. He replaced the springs, roller, cable, center bearing and drum. No mess, no hassle just a job well done.

I like like your prompt service. Although their wasn't anything wrong wrong with my door, except to reset the reset button The mechanic seemed to be knowledgeable at what he was doing. I will use your service again when needed PS I must say that the price of your service csll is the highest That I have ever seen. I think $195.00 is a little more than market value. Our door is now three years old and still looks brand new. It was making a bit of noise, so we called for s check up/tune up. Dale knew exactly where it needed periodic lubrications and took time to teach me how do do it for myself. Great, prompt response. Very highly recommended. It really wasn’t a “repair” just a lubrication service. Very happy, it is as quiet as a mouse now!

I'm sure the service is good, however I would recommend getting other estimates. They quoted to replace a broken spring on my garage door. The estimate said the spring alone was $299.00. I looked online and you can get the same spring for $50.00 to $100.00. I called other companies and they concurred. When I called this company back the manager said they stand behind their springs. I certainly hope so for that price.

My repair guy was John, he arrived and within minutes I was fixed, mostly not knowing some simple things. He provided me an education on how garage doors work, the symptoms of a potential problem, suggested some changes to make it more quiet and more efficient, i couldn't afford them at this time. John was a wonderful man, if he is the standard from your business, then I'm a member of your customer base. Thanks again John

As I understand it, I made the single largest purchase in your history. The job is not complete and there have been numerous problems and you ask me for a review and ,of course, you have already sent the invoice for the job although it is not complete. The salesman, Victor, and installer, David, are topnotch otherwise I would have refused the doors and called my lawyer.

I called for an estimate pretty late in the afternoon and they had someone out within 2 hours. Bob and Rob at the office were very friendly, and helpful. Normally I don’t do reviews even when I am unsatisfied which is the case the last time that Precision came for a repair The person they sent out was very confrontational and argued with me about what had happened to my garage door which I’m the one that hit the door so I know where it was hit but he kept trying to tell me that I was wrong it was just unsettling experience and even when I call Dan to ask the service lady which port of my door at they fix the last time she told me it didn’t matter because it wasn’t guaranteed anyway and I will still have to pay a service fee or whatever but today young man by the name Brett came out and was so nice and so professional and he just made me feel like an appreciated Customer he did the work in 20 minutes explain to me about other things and even corrected my door for it wasn’t coming all the way down so thanks to Brett my faith and confidence has been restored with Percision!!!!!
