Our 40+ year old Genie / garage door broke. (outlasted Sears, didn't it!) The tech arrived within 2 hours which I appreciated as I had just come back from a medical checkup. He did his best trying to repair while keeping the parts replacement to a minimum. He ended up having to replace the motor and belt-track along with the springs, drums, cables and roolers. I tried to reassure him we didn't blame him for the old motor... the company still gave us a good price on the new replacement motor with a great warranty. Clean-up was efficient.

My problem was fixed. However, I'm completely dissatisfied with the price I paid for what amounted to a 60 second fix. My issue was actually remedied by Chamberlain phone support and is something I could have worked with them to complete if I could have gotten connected directly to them. Basically I paid over $200 to have my OH door opener reset by holding down the button for 10sec. The tech was cordial and professional but this definitely gives me pause in ever using this service again. Quite honestly I will go out of my way to use a different vendor for my future garage door needs.

This is the first time we've used this company, but certainly will not be the last. I called late in the day, yet they came out that evening, making the statement 'same day service' a true one. Repairs were completed, and garage door(s) worked perfectly after that. Repairs. Track Replaced. New wheels, and maintenance service on both motors. Highly Recommend.

I needed someone right away for garage repair, and Precision absolutely delivered. Collin came out and repaired my garage door within 2 hours of my call, and the door now works better than it did 7 years ago when I bought the property. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, anytime.

Collin did a great job helping pick out our new garage door. Very knowledgeable with product line and guiding us to the right decision for our specific requirements. No hard sell, which was appreciated considering I had 4 companies bid my job and high pressure tactics don't typically work for me. Thanks Again Collin.

Please remind your tech's to wear their mask. It's not ok to assume they can approach potential clients without one. The customer should not have to request for tech to put on a mask Not cool! Too much happening from mistakes like this.

I wanted to thank Collin for the great service and work he provided on yesterday. He called to advise he was on the way and was very timely. In discussing this issue and options available he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the whole process. I left to run an errand and it hadn't been but 20-25 minutes and he was wrapping up once I returned. I truly appreciate his hard work and quality of service. Thanks so much!

I had to called then 3 times in less than a year to come fix the garage door that was not repaired properly. Every time they came visit they wanted me to pay for new things that didn’t work. Besides it was too expensive. I don’t recommend this company.
