Our tech, John, showed up right when he said he would. He was knowledgable, friendly and didn't try to oversell me in my hour of need. We were in a bind since the cold weather caused our spring to break on a Sunday morning, precision door gladly came out on the weekend.

I highly recommend Precision. Customer service was top-notch all the way around from the time they called to set up an appointment through the completion of the job. John and his assistant completed the work quickly and thoroughly and took the time to explain what was needed as well as what may be needed further down the road. The price was very fair.
