My garage springs broke, and I called for service. Originally, the call time was 10-2pm, but Destinee was able to get Joe out to my residence by 12 and he did an amazing job!!! I felt truly valued by these two amazing individuals!!

The Service Tech who arrived was Jonatan. Very nice professional young man. He asked what seemed to be the problem and we discussed what I had tried and experienced prior to his arrival. Jonatan checked several things and then explained to me what the main problem was and a couple of other issues that should be addressed. The garage door opener unit was inoperative and needed replaced. Jonatan had 3 units to choose from. He removed and replaced the opener system and mounted it better than the previous opener. Changed out the springs which were the wrong size for the door, balanced the door, and lubed the door. He also programmed my other compatible remotes I had. All this in less than 2 hours and earlier than the set appointment time. He cleaned up everything after he was finished went over some of the warranty and asked if I had any other questions. Jonatan was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Excellent service throughout. I would recommend this company as their techs are experienced and come prepared to fix the problem.

First off I guess I made a mistake asking a company that it appears from your web site that your basic business is to work on garage doors not gate closures. Just a few issues with your service: on the initial visit it went alright until it came time to pay. The tech offered my wife several ways to pay for the service (check, cash or credit card) she choose credit card but the only problem with that was he never told her there would be a 2% convenience charge. On the second trip out to actual do the work - we were sent an email saying our appointment would take place between 8 -10. I called at 11 and asked what had happen and the lady told me that my appointment had been changed to 12 -2. Only problem no one let us know. I called back at 1 to see when the tech was coming and the lady told me it maybe another hour and a half. While I was on hold the tech called on my cell phone and told me that he would be there in about 40 min. I think he showed up before 2. Upon completing the repair he asked my wife where the pin that hold the arm to the gate and I told her it was in the gate. Of course they could not find it. I asked her to ask him to call the tech that originally came out to see if he had mistakenly taken it. He called him and of course he said he did not. Bottom line not a real good experience. Even this form is only set up for garage door work.

Service technician, Alex, was professional, kind, had his mask on, respectful of my retired military status (discount included) and completed job promptly. Spring broke on 1500 sq ft one story home in Keller suburb. Simple aluminum garage door. Given estimate of $149-$249 depending on door. Final charge was $559.98! Spring $250, 1” steel bearing $60, Mini(no idea what this is) $40, labor $199 and $10.98 fee to pay by credit card!

Our technician, Joe, arrived on time ready help us out of a serious predicament. With both cars parked inside, one of the torsion springs on our 500 lb wood paneled garage door broke making it impossible to raise the door. Precision Door offered same day service and Joe was able to replace all four springs in about an hour so we were able to keep our scheduled appointments. Excellent 5-star service. Would highly recommend.

Sam just left. replaced the spring on my double door. Was very professional and did it quickly. The cost was HALF of the other bid for which I am very grateful. Told the other vendor to take a hike. Also, lifetime warranty sure beats the 3 year warranty that OTHER company gives. The door itself along with the rails is close to needing replacement. He gave us a quote for that and we will be calling you soon. I'll be recommending your company in our NextDoor website. It is so refreshing to get excellent service at a good price. Thank you!

I believe the initial charge of $195 for service is too expensive and for this reason I will not be using your company in the future. Honestly it took your Technician longer to explain what he was going to do than performing the actual service. I also did not agree with your Technician assessment of the problem. I normally do not post negative ratings(only positive), but felt unless you receive feedback like this, you can't make changes.

Making appointments is so easy ! The service persons will call ahead to say they are on the way. Each time we have used them, the service person has been clean, prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable and the problem was promptly fixed.

Patrick Was my technician and he was very upfront and honest about pricing and I still The original spring type it into our Neighborhood over eight years ago. They don’t really tell you when they’re building it the cost of repairing an entire super long spring versus just replacing a few parts. Patrick explained it I understood it I allowed the conversion I’m very happy with the change. Great customer service and professionalism
