John was very professional he called to about an hour before his scheduled time to see if it was alright to arrive earlier. Thought I needed a new garage door opener..When John arrived he immediately found another cause of my problems and told me the opener was fine, then he provided a tune up with only a service charge rather than trying to sell something I didn't need...Impressed with his integrity and honesty!!

The whole process was amazing from start to finish, from the girl who took my call and got things rolling, to the technician calling and being on time, and presenting all the packages available to me and pricing. Honest, straight to the point, got the job done very timely and I will always call precision for all my garage door needs. First time I've ever needed work done on my garage door and in one visit precision won my business as long as I have a garage door! Thank you Precision Door Team!!!

John was the repairman who came to fix my door. He first spent about 15 minutes or so doing a complete check on the door and then took the time to tell me what was needed, what my choices were, and then giving me the time to call and discuss with my husband. He was very personable and considerate. He definitely gets 5 stars from us.

Michael was very professional, polite and informative. He was very patient in explaining everything to me. I am so pleased that I selected this company to replace my broken spring on my garage door. The don't just replace a part and call it done. They really know what they are doing and care about the quality of their products and service. He didn't try to sell me anything. He wasn't pushy but merely gave me good advice for my situation and let me make the decisions. He repaired my broken spring and installed a new garage door opener system. I am so glad I didn't have anyone else do these jobs for me. The new garage door opener is really nice and quiet. I couldn't' be happier and I know who I will call the next time I need their service. The young man is an asset to his company. The pride he takes in his work and in the company cannot be purchased but comes from the heart. Men like him are hard to find.
