Tim was very informative even before arriving to repair my Liftmaster screw drive garage door opener. A neoprene part had broken and he did have a replacement part on the truck for right at $50. I had to have them come out on a Sunday so they said no service charge but the "labor" charge was $125. Was more than I hoped for as I am a disabled single senior on very limited income but better than having to get a new door opener at $500. No senior discount offered but Tim was a very nice and pleasant employee. He knew what he was doing and got the job done in 30 minutes time. My sister and brother-in-law just got a new insulated garage door and opener from this company and they were very happy with it as well.

Great service, no parts to buy, the serviceman was upfront with the problem. One cable had come separated from the roller. He reattached it, put garage door lubricant on the moving parts. Quick, efficient no nonsense repair. Perfect! We'll use your service in the future. Thank You!

Michael was very professional, polite and informative. He was very patient in explaining everything to me. I am so pleased that I selected this company to replace my broken spring on my garage door. The don't just replace a part and call it done. They really know what they are doing and care about the quality of their products and service. He didn't try to sell me anything. He wasn't pushy but merely gave me good advice for my situation and let me make the decisions. He repaired my broken spring and installed a new garage door opener system. I am so glad I didn't have anyone else do these jobs for me. The new garage door opener is really nice and quiet. I couldn't' be happier and I know who I will call the next time I need their service. The young man is an asset to his company. The pride he takes in his work and in the company cannot be purchased but comes from the heart. Men like him are hard to find. Thought I needed a new garage door opener..When John arrived he immediately found another cause of my problems and told me the opener was fine, then he provided a tune up with only a service charge rather than trying to sell something I didn't need...Impressed with his integrity and honesty!!

The whole process was amazing from start to finish, from the girl who took my call and got things rolling, to the technician calling and being on time, and presenting all the packages available to me and pricing. Honest, straight to the point, got the job done very timely and I will always call precision for all my garage door needs. John was the repairman who came to fix my door. He first spent about 15 minutes or so doing a complete check on the door and then took the time to tell me what was needed, what my choices were, and then giving me the time to call and discuss with my husband. He was very personable and considerate. He definitely gets 5 stars from us.

Called Precision Door and they were very prompt is responding and in scheduling someone to come out. I needed a garage door installed. Technician Roland Pitts came out and explained my options to me. I was unaware I needed a plug in the garage celling. I thought the system just tied into the wiring on the celling light like a celling fan. Doing that would invalidate the warranty on the unit, Rather than running an extension cord along the celling and down the wall to an outlet I postponed the install and bit the bullet to have an outlet installed. The outlet was installed the next morning. I called Precision and they scheduled Roland to come back out. He was there within a couple of hours. He installed the opener, replaced my old metal rollers with quitter a smoother operation nylon ones, and went over all operation options with me. I was very pleased with service, price, and my new Liftmaster opener.
