I'm sure the service is good, however I would recommend getting other estimates. They quoted to replace a broken spring on my garage door. The estimate said the spring alone was $299.00. I looked online and you can get the same spring for $50.00 to $100.00. I called other companies and they concurred. When I called this company back the manager said they stand behind their springs. I certainly hope so for that price.

Serviceman showed up within 2 hours of our call. He was very pleasant and installed a new spring, rollers and cable on our double garage door and got us back in business. Getting a senior citizen discount was extremely important. Great service

My repair guy was John, he arrived and within minutes I was fixed, mostly not knowing some simple things. He provided me an education on how garage doors work, the symptoms of a potential problem, suggested some changes to make it more quiet and more efficient, i couldn't afford them at this time. As I understand it, I made the single largest purchase in your history. The job is not complete and there have been numerous problems and you ask me for a review and ,of course, you have already sent the invoice for the job although it is not complete. The salesman, Victor, and installer, David, are topnotch otherwise I would have refused the doors and called my lawyer.

I called for an estimate pretty late in the afternoon and they had someone out within 2 hours. Bob and Rob at the office were very friendly, and helpful. We contacted Precision because we had heard that they did good work. Our door didn't have an opener on it, so we need one installed. Our technician was Bret. Very nice young man. When he got started to work, it was obvious that he had done this before. He had all of the tools and everything that he needed. He installed the Opener complete in about 1.5 hours. We are very satisfied, and should we need them again, we would request that they send Bret.
