Upon checking with a friend about the service from Precision at our business, she said that the service had been excellent. We had the same experience with Ray when he arrived yesterday. He quickly took care of our problem with the garage door openers and corrected one other minor issue. He was courteous and professional as well as efficient. We are glad to know we have a reliable company to call if there are other problems with the garage door or opener.
