He assessed the damage and confirmed that the existing door is not repairable, even temporarily. He assisted me in my selection of a new door and upgraded opener. He made numerous calls to confirm availability and lead times. He was courteous and thorough.

We used Precision before when previous owners failed to leave garage door openers. Weak springs were also found. A year later the garage door failed and needed to be replaced. With assistance from Precision our car was able to be moved and a new working door was in place within 5 days. Only downside is cannot connect it to keypad. You can operate through WiFi from phone.
