My first experience did not start off well when I was either misinformed or misunderstood about the price for the tech to come and fix my garage door. But when it was all said and done Raymond (my tech) and I worked it out and he was determined to leave with me being a happy customer. He did just that. Raymond was VERY professional and very respectful. I highly recommend Raymond and thank him for my experience. He took what could have been a bad experience and turned it into a very pleasent one. When he left my door was in better shape then before it broke. Thanks again Raymond.

Very timely response late on a Friday afternoon when our garage door spring broke. Service technician, Erin, was very professional, polite and did all the work in under an hour. The 15-year warranty on parts is a great value too.
