I had a service needed on a Sunday, made same day service call request and was able to have my garage door back in great “NEW” shape same day. Lifetime guarantee of parts shows confidence in their products. New Springs, Rollers and cables along with door adjustments were under $600... not bad to me for a Sunday service.. I got a quick appointment on a Sunday and they were here on time and called prior to them getting here. Sam came in and reviewed the broken springs and replaced the spring and added a second one and was in and out in 30 minutes! Very nice, courteous and informative. The price was very good for 2 new springs and the work involved.

Our garage door wasn’t opening consistently; originally fixed by Precision 6 months ago. Today Precision came back and promptly and correctly fixed the door. He said 3 things were not done correctly the first time.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the service and care received. Precision Door performed a patch job on our very old falling apart garage door in December 2018. We were told it would hold for a couple of months. Well, we managed to break the door! Patch job done was great and Precision came on the same day we called, we broke the door so we ruined the work. That repair would have held for much longer I think. Now it was time to replace the door. Had quote from Precision Door given at time of repair. Guess what? They beat it! Expecting to pay the amount of the quote, the price was much less because of a special they were running on the day I called. Great price and they came the very next day to install the door! I can’t say enough good about Shane and the work he performed for us. Excellent service. So far the door is working great, it is noisy when hard winds blow, maybe that will settle after the new wears off. Much better than what we had though. There are some bad reviews out there but our experience was excellent! I will be telling folks to call Precision for either repairs or new garage doors!

$600 for 2 springs...….....REDICULOUS. Another overhead door company advised me it should have been $250 total for this repair. Stay away from this company unless you enjoy being overcharged.

Your man came out a lied a few times, like for 30 minutes its $200 for labor (but when he showed me the final bill it was $125, and he was going to give us a 10% discount. We didn't see that discount. I believe he over charged us because he was willing to go down. Sorry I will not call your company unless the things he fixed break. He said the items were for lifetime.

My garage suppose to be LIFE TIME WARRANTY. The technician said that the parts are not under warranty and it would cost over $300.00. They ya'll put it up put it in not in e r warranty and I refused to pay that HIGH price. The technician left and I still have a busted garage handle. Thank your company for standing for your WORK. There is a saying that you get what you pay for. I found that out the hard way. 3 years ago, I used a different, cheaper garage door company to replace my springs and rollers. I selected Precision because of the quality of their products - in particular the higher cycle life of the springs they offer. It was very clear that I made the right choice when my technician held the old parts up against the new. What a huge difference! Look at the quality of what you are purchasing.
