I chose Precision Door based on an internet search when my garage door spring broke. They answered my call immediately and scheduled a service date and time with an email confirmation. Ronnie from Precision Door arrived on time completely prepared and did a first class job repairing a broken garage door spring and replacing other parts as needed. He also upgraded parts, such that the door now works much better. He was courteous, competent and helpful and I recommend him for anyone who needs any garage door repairs. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Precision Door and Ronnie.

I was not informed of the military discount, there is a large Marine Corps flag hanging on the back wall of my garage...no problem though, very happy with the service and my technician was outstanding, very professional. This has been an awesome experiance from the start. New construction three car garage, needed to get partial install to secure the job site. Called customer service and asked if we could get some help and recieved a resounding Yes, scheduled install for the next day.Chris arrived and proceeded to exceed my expectations. Garage door installed by Precision several years ago so when it needed a new battery, we called Precision. Fast and courteous service. Tech (Ronnie)knowledgeable about system. Checked the operation and showed us that we needed new rollers so he installed them. Five Stars definitely.

As always, Isaac exceeded expectations. My new Precision Garage Door was making weird noises. Isaac came out, oiled it and now it's running smooth as silk. If you can, always request Isaac for your installation or repair. He is the best!

Precision Doir was the ONLY company who would service my need of garage door repair as early as 9/9:30 pm.
