Not happy at all. I feel like I got majorly ripped off today. $260 to mount the track back on the wall?? And my garage door opener doesn’t really work 100% still. The guy knew it when he left and his suggestion was to replace it. This should have been a $100 at most. Won’t ever recommend and telling people to not use your services.

When Jon came out, the fix was a simple one, it may only give it a few more months but it gives us a chance to budget for the new one he suggested and we'll definitely buy it from Precision. I had Precision come & replace the garage door opener in September 2020. They were professional and very nice. Price was great & was very happy with my experience. Well, one of the springs busted this past week. Decided to call them on Friday about 4 in the afternoon. They came out the next day & were done in about an hour. Great price & customer service again. I went on Angie's List & did a search. I filtered the selections to only those doing business in my area, & those with great ratings. You were the first to respond. Since my old company, used for many years wouldn't return my call, then later wouldn't take messages, I needed someone quickly for a very small job. Your technician arrived timely, was very courteous, & fixed my problem quickly. He brought color samples with him for a future service of a new door that I requested. My questions were all answered & he didn't see a problem in the "future" service being a month or two away.
