Ronald was very well informed about the product he was installing. He was very helpful and friendly and gave us some helpful tips on our existing garage door opener. He even walked us through the process of opening the garage door during an electrical outage. He courteous and very professional and I enjoyed working with him.

Our garage door would not go up and down with the remote, the outside key pad, or the switch inside the garage.Very frustrating.The next available slot for everyone i called would be 5 days from now.You guys came the next day after i called.Unexplainable the door worked perfect from every device every vantage point when the repairman came.I have no idea why.I did not catch his name.His phone said arizona on our call ID. He could find no problem and said he would not charge us.We offered twice to pay a service call.He politely declined.If hit is an example of your company then I would highly recommend you to anybody and everybody.If the door screws up again believe me I will call you.

I regularly see a Precision Garage Door truck in my neighborhood so when we got tired of our opener acting up, we gave them a call. We called on Wednesday afternoon, the service man arrived around 6pm and by 730 we had a new opener installed. Reasonably priced, 10 yr guarantee, unbelievably quiet, and same day service. The installer was friendly, courteous & professional, expert knowledge of his products, quick quality work with no mess left behind. This is excellent customer service that is ultra rare these days. THANK YOU!

Home-adviser.com listed your company along with others you were the third company that I set up to see. John arrived on time and was well prepared to answer all our questions. The product was what we wanted and the price was right. April ordered the products in a timely fashion and Raymond came yesterday to install everything. It was the hottest day this summer and Raymond was quite the professional with everything he did. Five Stars is not enough for what we think we received with your company.

Today, John and Aaron provided me with excellent service with a detailed explanation concerning my broken garage door. John quickly identified the issue and worked with my financial situation to provide a high quality repair call. I had my springs replaced just a year ago that caused my door to buckle and bend one of my tracks for it was first the incorrect spring for my door and secondly the opener was set too high which caused increase stress on my garage door. I would highly recommend John and the team at Precision Overhead Garage Door for I selected a cheaper price before but I sacrificed on both professionalism and quality of service and end up paying more in the end. We selected Precision because their website indicated same day service with no additional service charge. The technician, Dakoda, arrived within 90 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and repaired our broken spring and pulleys, replaced our old openers, adjusted the tracks and programmed everything. I highly recommend Precision and if you happen to get Dakoda, you will be pleased.

His abilities and dedication to his performance is not worthy of 5 stars but should be rated at least a 10 as he puts 110% of himself into the task at hand. He is a tremendous asset to your company and is worthy of advancement or greater rewards for his dedication and skills on the job and with customer service as well.
