Precisioun has 24/7 Customer Service. I made a call late on Wednesday evening and they got a technician scheduled to come out Friday morning between 8-10. Technician arrived prompt (actually around 7:15am) and diagnosed the problem quickly, discussed pricing, and answered our questions/concerns regarding our sensor eyes and wanting those replaced. He was able to replace the cables, sensors, and ensure all was working properly very quickly. If we ever need a full replacement or new opener, we know who to call!

We were happy to get same day service when our garage door opener stopped working. The service man explained the options of repair vs replace clearly, and had the new opener installed quickly. Service was courteous and professional.

Everyone, from the person taking my call to the repair technician (Kelvin), was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Initial booking experience set us on rough start. Sent my appointment to another state and I wasted 2.5 hours waiting for someone that was never coming. The office called me as I was on the line with another agent. They were apologetic and offered other times on Saturday, but they didn't work for me. We rescheduled for Sunday morning with no additional fees being charged for that. Nick was there on time and was great. Very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Saw that the garage door was off track and hanging on 1 side with the cable all tangled. He walked me through possible root causes and what he had to do to repair it. Based on my research, I thought the price was fair and he completed the work in less time that I thought. I was very pleased and I would use and/or recommend their service in the future.

Our garage door broke and would not open or close. It was stuck half way. I called Precision and they were there in an hour. Friendly , on time, and overall pleased with the work done. Price was double of what was originally quoted over the phone with no additions to what was discussed. Also, a little high in comparison to all of my online research. I would definitely recommend but advise to shop around if you have time and price is a factor.

One star because I can't give a negative star. I don't trust them based on their being listed on the Genie web page and they said Genie is a poor product. Tried to upsell me to another product. When I said no, the salesman tried to get me a special deal from a friend.
