After having bad experiences with two other companies it was refreshing to deal with the professionals at Precision. John was a fantastic technician from start to finish. He showed up on time, explained everything, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.

John was the repairman who came to fix my door. He first spent about 15 minutes or so doing a complete check on the door and then took the time to tell me what was needed, what my choices were, and then giving me the time to call and discuss with my husband. He was very personable and considerate. He definitely gets 5 stars from us.
