My garage suppose to be LIFE TIME WARRANTY. The technician said that the parts are not under warranty and it would cost over $300.00. They ya'll put it up put it in not in e r warranty and I refused to pay that HIGH price. The technician left and I still have a busted garage handle. Thank your company for standing for your WORK. We had our garage door repaired: the spring broke and we were unable to open the door to drive out. The men came speedily, and quickly and professionally replaced the spring. I do recommend Precision to anyone needing their garage door fixed or replaced.

There is a saying that you get what you pay for. I found that out the hard way. 3 years ago, I used a different, cheaper garage door company to replace my springs and rollers. I selected Precision because of the quality of their products - in particular the higher cycle life of the springs they offer. It was very clear that I made the right choice when my technician held the old parts up against the new. What a huge difference! Look at the quality of what you are purchasing. You will not be disappointed with Precision! I am extremely happy with the service, knowledge, and quality products I received from Precision Garage Door.

The repairman you sent was awesome! I left both garage openers in the car in my garage. I closed it from inside and there is no key pad on the outside. The garage was built in 1928, so I felt opening it was impossible. He would not give up and finally opened it with a coat hanger. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend you!

Chose one off internet search! Horrible quote. $1199.00 for a &149 simple repair that a different company did because even I knew an estimate of over a thousand dollars was inflated and wrong! I did not use your company. Shame on you Juan for allowing people to give bids like that out. The rail that might have needed to be replaced, Percision quoted me $250 for the part. Even I knew it wasn’t worth more than a couple of dollars of metal. The actual part didn’t even need to be replaced. But if I did need it, the cost with the company I used and two other companies was between 21 and $26.

I have had your company come out to do repairs on one of my doors on 2 occasions. This 2nd time we have to wait on parts. But the service work is excellent. Both technicians that have come out have been very nice and professional. The only negative things that I don't like are that your labor prices seem very high for even the smaller low ticket jobs, And your company's preference to replace entire units rather than just replace a part. I understand why, but some customers can't always afford the cost of a new unit rather than repairing it. But your service technicians and the quality of work are excellent.

I called Precision on a Saturday morning with a problem of the garage door “binding” as it tried to close. Much to my surprise they had their “handyman” fixing my door at 3:00 PM the same day. You can’t beat that kind of service. Precision gets my five STARS!
