I chose your company because it came up when I checked for garage door repairs on my computer. The service yor company provided was very good and prompt. My only concern is that the newly installed springs are so tight that it is very hard to close the door.

For the second time I had a very positive experience with a technician from Precision Doors. Asa Reeves came out and installed a new opener on one door and repaired structural damage on another. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I felt that I was fairly billed. At the end of the visit he reprogrammed something at my request which took extra time and he couldn’t have been nicer about fulfilling my request even though it lengthened his day. When speaking with me he wore a face mask at all times and disinfected everything he worked on at the end of the visit. Based on this I would continue to recommend Precision Doors to anyone seeking garage door work whether it be a new door or repair. Thanks!

Good on-time, service and great staff. However, I was shocked to find out that my garage door "tune-up" was $150 per door, especially after I spent over $2,000 with you last year replacing openers and various parts. I won't be using your "tune-up" service in the future as I know I can get this service done locally for much less.

The most important thing is when something isn't quite right does the company willingly remedy it, and THAT is just one great thing about Precision Door. The service I needed was annual lubrication and checkup; turns out I needed a new belt drive which I hadn't noticed but which was obvious once he showed me. Then my slab is not level and the way the door was adjusted the first time needed a 2nd attempt. As soon as I called about it, a manager called me from his vacation, got the appt. arranged and in 24 hours the 2nd adjustment was made. It's now perfect, looks level to the eye and is whisper quiet. THANK YOU.
