We were having difficulty with our garage door opener. The door would open with the remote, but wouldn’t close with the remote. Very frustrating! I called Precision Door and they sent one of their Techs, Larry Morgan the same day to determine the problem and hopefully repair it. Larry arrived and quickly identified what needed to be done. He had all of the materials needed and within a short time, he installed a new garage door opener and all new controls. Excellent work! Please remind your tech's to wear their mask. It's not ok to assume they can approach potential clients without one. The customer should not have to request for tech to put on a mask Not cool! Too much happening from mistakes like this.

Joe and Josh called to let me know they were on their way. They fixed the problem I was having with my garage door opener and performed maintenance on my doors. The only thing I could suggest is that they would have worn masks as they arrived at the front door. They asked if I would like for them to wear masks and I said yes. In these times, I would have preferred that they arrive with masks. They could certainly take them off as soon as I was not around.
