Outstanding customer service. My garage door wouldn’t close and my home warranty company wasn’t able to come until Monday. Not acceptable. I Googled and found Precision. They were willing and able to come out, review the situation and resolve the problem the same day. My technician was very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I had ten wheels that needed replacing and the door put back on track. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Doors company to anyone. Plus they give military and senior citizens discounts.

Our door's spring broke, so we couldn't open the door. It was a Sunday, and we had to meet someone that afternoon. We called at 2:30PM and the tech was there about 3:30PM. It took about 15-20 minutes and we were good to go! Couldn't have been easier or quicker!

Our family is extremely pleased with the service Precision provided with our garage door. We could have received same-day service, but our schedules did not align with the company's availability. However, a technician was punctual in the next-day two-hour time frame upon which we agreed, and the technician arrived close to the beginning of that window. Additionally, the technician's expertise with a previous installation has saved us future costs and damages to our door and unit. Lastly, we are very pleased with how quickly the technician completed the work (less than 20 minutes). The lifetime warranty for parts is an added bonus!

My recent experience was not very good . I initially had an appointment between the hours of 4-6 only to find out (after calling ) that the person that set my appointment had me scheduled for the next day . And although they managed to fit me in the same day most of my day was gone and ,they technician that they sent seem to be in a hurry to get the appointment finished . So felt very rushed . And he didn’t appear to be very experienced. So needless to say I don’t plan to patronize Precision Doors no time in the near future .

We used Precision before when previous owners failed to leave garage door openers. Weak springs were also found. A year later the garage door failed and needed to be replaced. With assistance from Precision our car was able to be moved and a new working door was in place within 5 days. Only downside is cannot connect it to keypad. You can operate through WiFi from phone.
