Patrick came early to replace my broken garage door opener. I was very glad that he could do that. He even called to tell me that he was on his way. He explained the new opener very well. He told me it would take about forty-five minutes to install it. That is how long he took. He even cleaned up the garage floor so that it looked better than when he started! I'm so glad that I got this company to help me. I'm really enjoying a great working garage door opener now.

Excellent and prompt service. We called in the morning for service. The technician (Eric Warner) came out that evening. Eric replaced our old garage door opener with a new belt driven opener and also replaced the door springs which were broken. He gave me a detailed explanation of what needed to be done. He was very professional and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend them.

I appreciate April sending Sam to work with the other fella. The other fella was a bit nervous and his work had to be redone as the rails on the initial install were not put in plumb (level) so the movement of the wheels created additional noise. Sam corrected but we had to have someone take pictures and then a great deal of discussion with Eric. So although ended well with same correcting, it should have been installed correctly the first time and created a lot of energy and time on my part for something where a professional installer would ensure the rails and movement were minimal. Bit disappointed in the big door noise that although a thicker metal the door movement and panels create more noise than expected and discussed. Again, appreciate Eric and Sam's help in correcting the small door issue; however, should not have ever happened. Rating - b

Don't do business with these folks. They came out and surveyed my house and gave me and estimate, I paid 1/2 down, they scheduled an install date, and they left. They did not tell me anything about site prep for the installer. When the guy showed up to do the install he refused to install because there were some boxes in his way. In stead of taking a little time to move the boxes out of his way he cancelled the install. As far as I am concerned they are in breach of contract by not install the door on the agreed time and date.

Excellent service!!! Large door came off the track, bent and damaged the track. Called for service - they sent someone the next day...on July 4th! Chris (service tech) did everything he could to safely secure the door and made recommendations re repair/replace. Chose to have both doors replaced, 18 ft and 9 ft. Garage structure/door frames are a bit on the custom side and Ryan (install tech) did an excellent job with the install. And, wasn't satisfied till both doors were properly set, level, and closing without gaps or issues. Precision Door gets 5 stars but Ryan should get 10!

This was my second experience with Precision. I thought I had a 400.00 repair only to end up paying almost twice that much. They upgraded the motor and changed my garage to a two spring system. I was so frustrated because I only had planned to spend 400.00. The technician (Matt) was very professional and even though he could see my frustration, it didn't stop him from telling my what I needed and convinced me to do some needed upgrades. I absolutely love my garage now! I can even control it via an APP on the cellphone. Excellent job Matt...I was frustrated at you...I was frustrated with my wallet. LOL! Thank you. We had our garage door spring replaced previously and had a great experience, so we called agin when we started to have problems with our garage door opener. Chris had to do some custom work on the bracket, but everything went smoothly and we are very happy with the new garage door opener. He was very professional and helpful.
