I live in a country neighborhood outside of Crowley and have a gate across my drive. When leaving today, the gate opened but would only close part way before I left. The remote's battery was still good so I got out of the car and tried the button on the black box but it would not close. I looked online and your company was the only one open and when I called, the young lady said she could have a service man at my house in a couple of hours. I couldn't believe it! A very nice young man, Joe Allen, called and let me know when he was headed my way and was here within the time I had been promised. He quickly determined the problem was the battery and made arrangements to come back Monday with a new battery. Hopefully, that will be all the repair needed. I so appreciate him coming out so quickly and removing the lock off of the gate so I could move it manually until he gets the new battery installed. The young lady on the phone and Joe couldn't have been more courteous. I will use your company to do a yearly check up now. Thank you so much! Sorry, the service performed field was not listed but it was required so I just checked one.

I saw Precision in the valucoupon mail circular. My expections were met 100 percent. I would rate the service a 5 star without reservation. Joshua is an excellent tech. He explained the three choices I had and allowed me to pick the one that met my needs. He replaced the main spring and door rollers. Absolutely professional!

Our technician, Joe, arrived on time ready help us out of a serious predicament. With both cars parked inside, one of the torsion springs on our 500 lb wood paneled garage door broke making it impossible to raise the door. Precision Door offered same day service and Joe was able to replace all four springs in about an hour so we were able to keep our scheduled appointments. Excellent 5-star service. Would highly recommend.

Mike Brickner and his Assistant came out on a Friday afternoon from Ft Worth to Carrollton within minutes of my call to the office. He diagnosed the problem and had the garage door fixed within an hour. They did a great job and I will use them again as the need arises. He Installed Springs , rollers, cables-

Service was outstanding! Cost was okay for those parts needed but $500 worth of equipment that was NOT necessary installed without any indication of the additional cost. Told that two springs were safer than one ($250) and that plastic rollers were better than steel ones ($150). Almost unethical to suggest those "improvements" and not state the added cost. Actually, I asked about the cost associated with the rollers but was told he didn't know off hand.
