Our 30 year old garage door decided to stop working on Sunday of Labor Day weekend with both cars inside. I googled garage door repair, read about the company and the reviews. I'M SO GLAD I CHOSE PRECISION! The technician was here on time, he looked over the door and explained in detail everything he needed to do. We were given an estimate before any work was done. Asa was extremely nice and very knowledgeable! He knows garage doors! We will definitely use your service again and highly recommend you to friends and family!

Best Customer Service Ever! Asa Reeves was: amazing, on time, courteous, and hard working. Replaced our old opener in the middle of the hot afternoon and was the consummate professional. Asa was grea! Knowledgeable, made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done, and made sure I was happy with all if the work done (it was extensive - multiple issues). I’d highly recommend him. He should have let me know he was a golfer, I could have hooked him up with some golf at some great clubs around the area!

For the second time I had a very positive experience with a technician from Precision Doors. Asa Reeves came out and installed a new opener on one door and repaired structural damage on another. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely courteous. I felt that I was fairly billed. At the end of the visit he reprogrammed something at my request which took extra time and he couldn’t have been nicer about fulfilling my request even though it lengthened his day. When speaking with me he wore a face mask at all times and disinfected everything he worked on at the end of the visit. Based on this I would continue to recommend Precision Doors to anyone seeking garage door work whether it be a new door or repair. Thanks!

The most important thing is when something isn't quite right does the company willingly remedy it, and THAT is just one great thing about Precision Door. The service I needed was annual lubrication and checkup; turns out I needed a new belt drive which I hadn't noticed but which was obvious once he showed me. Then my slab is not level and the way the door was adjusted the first time needed a 2nd attempt. As soon as I called about it, a manager called me from his vacation, got the appt. arranged and in 24 hours the 2nd adjustment was made. It's now perfect, looks level to the eye and is whisper quiet. THANK YOU.
