Chris was courteous, professional, friendly and on time! Although bitter cold outside, he removed my non-functional garage door opener and replaced it with a new one, chosen by me after his thorough explanation of the options and benefits of various models. I am very pleased with how quickly you folks were able to attend to my need for a new opener, and with Chris as an installer and representative of Precision Door Service.

I can not say more about these outstanding guys. They were out to my house ahead of time and took time to explain what the problem was with my garage door and then went about fixing the problem. The customer service representative who answered the phone when I called was very nice. She scheduled an appointment for me on the same day. Michael arrived on time and was very knowledgable about his job. He fixed my garage door in a timely manner and was very polite and courteous. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

I highly recommend Precision. Customer service was top-notch all the way around from the time they called to set up an appointment through the completion of the job. John and his assistant completed the work quickly and thoroughly and took the time to explain what was needed as well as what may be needed further down the road. The price was very fair. Based on my experience, I will do business with Precision again in a heartbeat.

Our tech, John, showed up right when he said he would. He was knowledgable, friendly and didn't try to oversell me in my hour of need. We were in a bind since the cold weather caused our spring to break on a Sunday morning, precision door gladly came out on the weekend.

Jonatan delivered great service and was a very knowledgeable and experienced technician. Jonatan called and set up the time that he would arrive , was on time and explained in detail what had to be done to fix (what I thought) was a broken garage door opener. He explained that the door was the issue. He explained what needed to be repaired and finished the job in a timely manner. Thanks Jonatan for a job well done! I will definitely call Precision again and ask for Jonatan if I have any future service needs.
