I couldn’t be happier with my garage door replacement experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Chris, the service technician, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived on time, walked me through the entire process, and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. The installation was done quickly and flawlessly. The new door looks amazing and operates so much more quietly and smoothly than my old one. Chris clearly takes pride in his work and it shows — he even cleaned up the area afterwards and double-checked everything for safety and functionality.

I loved the ease of booking an appointment and they honored it 100% with timely communications and arrival. It was great to receive a picture of the person I should expect at my front door! Evan was engaging, professional, and a great communicator. He explained a technical solution to my situation in words that made sense and helped me decide the best option. I've already told at least 6 friends about the experience. Hopefully they won't need to call but if and when they do, I think they will remember Precision.

Called for service to repair damaged bracket on the door where the automatic opener connects. Scheduled for the next morning. Technician came and had everything needed to install a bracket to shore up the damage and replaced the automatic opener in about 2 hours. He also helped set up the door app on our phone. Excellent service and work. I called at 8:15am, was given a time frame for the same day from 10:00am-12:00pm. Nick was early, called to ask if he could come at 9:30.
