I had three different technicians coming to do an estimate. One of those technician provided strong knowledge, confidence, and honesty as to the best way to resolve the situation. This is exactly what John E-Meyer (Precision Technician) did. He took the time to explain everything related to the problem and did all the tests required for a solution. Having two technician coming before really helped me make a more comprehensive decision. Precision was not the cheapest but was the most cost effective one. The Precision Door tech was very competent and did an excellent job. I was amazed at how well my door operated after his work. Besides replacing the broken standard springs with high quality ones, I agreed to let him replace the old metal rollers with nylon sealed bearing rollers. Wow, the difference from before to after was immediately obvious. My door operated smoother and quieter than when it was brand new. My tech, Joshua, did a fantastic job. Without getting carried away, I have been taking friends and family out to my garage to listen to my 'new' garage door. Everyone immediately comments how quiet it operates. Another benefit - I have been able to reduce the opening and closing force of the door opener which should increase it's operating life. Sure I paid a little more, but it was well worth it. I would definitely do business again with Precision Door.

I chose Precision according to your ad in the Yellow Pages. The installer was very knowledgeable concerning garage doors. He did very good work. My application was a little different because of the location of attic stairs in garage. The installer mounted the motor with the belt drive to the side, left of door center, because of location of attic door; He assured me the door opener would lift the door efficiently even though it was mounted to the left of the center of the door. It is doing what he said. He did very good work.

Five Stars! Wow, I was very impressed. Tim, their representative that came to my house was professional and down to earth, I almost felt like family. He was detailed in explaining what would be required on the repair, and what he was doing as he made the repair. He double checked to make sure my questions were answered. I accidentally hit and damaged my garage when backing my car up. I was desperate to get it fixed because the garage door would not close completely. I looked online and found Precision.
