Sam came out today with Jonathan. This was a fantastic experience! Sam explained everything and went over options. I ended up replacing my garage door opener. Sam is very neat, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I like that they do not charge a service fee to come out and look to see what is wrong and even come out on weekends. I would definitely recommend Sam and Precision Door for all garage door services.

I got an estimate for a single spring replacement of $149 from your phone person.When the tech called me from the jobsite, he told me I needed both springs because the old one would likely fail beside the new one and that the springs were $199 each not $149 because of the door weight and spring wire size needed. I did not really believe that as the door is a cheap builder grade door. In the end I went with 2 springs to end what was becoming a lengthy although friendly argument. Also, I was not onsite as this is a rental property. I felt going into this that it was going to be much more than I anticipated, and it was. I see complete new 16x7 ft doors installed for $600-$700 in the Valuepac coupon mailings I get every month, so I find it difficult to understand how 2 springs can cost $400.

He diagnosed my issue VERY quickly and went to work to fix it immediately. He replaced 2 coils and 8 hinges in a less than an hour. Sam just left. replaced the spring on my double door. Was very professional and did it quickly. The cost was HALF of the other bid for which I am very grateful. Told the other vendor to take a hike. Also, lifetime warranty sure beats the 3 year warranty that OTHER company gives. The door itself along with the rails is close to needing replacement. He gave us a quote for that and we will be calling you soon. I'll be recommending your company in our NextDoor website. It is so refreshing to get excellent service at a good price. Thank you!
